Tofutti Cheese Cake

Serves 8 



2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tofutti Better Then Cream Cheese Container
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust


Separate the egg whites from yolks
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add ¼ cup sugar to egg whites and beat

In a separate bowl add ¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 Tofutti cream cheese packet and beat well
Fold the white mixture into yolks
Pour everything into pie crust
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Let cool and refrigerate before serving
