Serves 18 small servings or 10 large servings
4 ripe avocados
1 diced tomato
1 diced small Jalapeno pepper
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoons lemon juice
Peel and pit avocadoes. Mash with a potato masher or fork. Add in rest of ingredients and mix to taste. If preparing far in advance, put in a bowl and cover using the pits and skins to keep avocado from turning brown.
