Rosh Hashana Salad


Ingredients:
Mixed greens or lettuce 
Fresh figs
Pomegranates
Red and golden beets boiled and sliced in halves
 
Dressing:
3 tbsp pomegranate molasses 
2 tbsp red wine vinegar 
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
dash of kosher salt 
dash of pepper
1/2 cup grapeseed or light olive oil
