In response to the many requests for information regarding Bnei Mitzvah procedures at ETC, we are presenting our policy in a letter to the community.

We have been very blessed to have had hundreds of young adults share their Bnei Mitzvah experience with us here at ETC.

We offer a full supplementary Jewish school from K-6 grades. The curriculum is carefully structured to cover all topics of Judaism, including Hebrew, reading writing and language in an atmosphere that is warm, stimulating and engaging.

Your child can join us at any time in their elementary years.

As part of our curriculum we offer a Bnei Mitzvah preparatory program. Led by Rabbi Sholom and Chaya Elishevitz. This program allows students on the Bnei Mitzvah journey to come together once a week to discuss and experience from a wide range of topics everything they need to know about becoming a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. The program is social, interactive and very educational.

Once a child registers for the Bnei Mitzvah program he or she can schedule a date on the ETC calendar for their personal celebration and make arrangements for the private tutorials that will take place closer to the event.

We are always thrilled to share this journey with you, to get to know your children, meet your families and create an atmosphere of true celebration that will be remembered for many years to come.

We hope this letter clarifies how Bnei Mitzvot are conducted at ETC. This policy applies to all of our Bnei Mitzvah students.

We look forward to welcoming your children in the coming year. You can register at  chabadbellevue.org
